Ingredients :
Potato - 250 gm
Carrot - 250 gm
Beans - 50 gm
Beetroot - 1 small
Onion sliced - Thin sliced
green chilly - 4 or 5
Curry leaves
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Egg - 2
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed
Method of Preparation:
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Cut all vegetable into very small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, green chilly, curry leaves and vegetables.
- Add potatoes mashed, garam masala and salt.
- Turn off the stove and let it cool
- Mix it well and make it into small oval shapes.
- Take one ball, dip it in the egg beat and then dip in bread crumbs and then deep fry in oil
- Do the same with rest of the mixture.
(You can use all purpose flour/maida or cornflour mixed with water isnto a thick paste instead of eggs )
Serve hot with tomato ketch-up.
